DHA has divided DHA Phase 6 Lahore into thirteen (13) blocks namely A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, J, K, L, M & N. Plot sizes available are 5 marla, 7 marla, 10 marla, 1 Kanal and 2 Kanal with 1 Kanal being the most common size existing. Five blocks touch the MB, block A, B, H, J and L. The whereabouts make these blocks best suited for investments. Commercial sectors include Block A Commercial, CCA-1 (Block-C), CCA-2 (Block-D), on Main Boulevard and its back. Commercial CCA 1 & CCA 2
There are two CCA in Phase 6, CCA 1 in C block and CCA 2 in D block. Both contain 4 Marla and 8 Marla Commercial Plots. Possession only available in CCA 1, and commercial activities are already blooming. CCA 1 is located in the middle of DHA phase 6 and is very promising for rental income.
